Salt is often used to absorb what feels heavy, stagnant, or cumbersome in a room or routine. When the atmosphere feels oppressive, or after a busy day, a small salt ritual can help mark a transition and restore a sense of space.
It's also a great habit to incorporate into your yoga or meditation corner. A mat, a candle, a few deep breaths… and a space prepared with intention.
